You could win a minimoon to the newly revamped Château de Montcaud in the South of France
Win a Romantic Getaway to the South of France
Nestled in the heart of a five-acre park, in France’s rural Cèze Valley, lies We’re giving you the chance to win a two-night trip here, where you’ll be treated to a three-course dinner paired with wine at the bistro.
The château first opened as a hotel back in 1992 and last summer was restored to its former glory, offering an authentic French hideaway for couples and honeymooners complete with exquisite gastronomy offerings and the most flawless service.
This is quintessentially French hospitality at its finest: while you’ll likely spend most of your time just soaking up the atmosphere beneath the chestnut trees, a glass of fine wine in hand, make time to explore, too. Spend your days meandering around the parkland, enjoy a game or two of tennis, or cool off in the pool. More active couples can also explore the local area by bike, discovering the Cèze Valley’s many untrodden paths.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, choose from two restaurants, including the Bistro de Montcaud headed up by chef Mattieu Hervé. Hunker down to enjoy classic French fare such as côte de boeuf, moules-frites and other fresh market specials, as well as incredible wines from regional vintners.
The winning newlyweds will stay in one of the château’s Privilege Rooms, which boast heavenly rain showers, tall ceilings, king-sized beds and views of either the surrounding forest, pool or parkland. Designed by Swiss interior designer Iria Degen and local architect Sophie Petit, this is a romantic bolthole for two at its best.
