Spectacular views
“The Maes Manor is situated in the heart of the Welsh Valleys, elevated high on Maesrudded Hill, with spectacular views over the countryside. Its surroundings are beautiful and the manor house itself is a gorgeous building. It won us over before we even got through the door. Inside the manor was just as captivating as its grounds – even Matthew found himself ‘oohing’ at the twinkling fairy-lit ceiling in the main room!” Kylee and Matt
Keeping it central
“We picked Stoke Park Club in Buckinghamshire for our wedding. I’m from Yorkshire, Dave is from Cornwall and we had friends and family coming from all over the UK, Europe and the world, so we decided somewhere central was best! “As soon as I saw our venue, Huntstile Organic Farm in Somerset, I knew it was the one. I wanted a real country feel to it with little nooks and crannies everywhere; working farm with lots of animals and somewhere that was a little bit different to the ordinary. It was beautiful.” Becky and Tom

“Our venue was Thornton Hall Hotel and Spa in Thornton Hough, Wirral. It is set in a beautiful chocolate box village surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. The gardens at the venue were gorgeous, really well manicured and luscious green! It looks amazing on the photographs. We selected this venue for all of these reasons, but also because they are so knowledgeable when it comes to co-ordinating weddings. “The beautiful house at Newick Park in East Sussex was perfect for us whatever the weather. It was warm and comfortable with light airy rooms leading on to beautiful grounds. “The reception was held at Grandhotel Giessbach. John and I fell in love with it when we saw it. It is perched on the edge of the Lake, high up on the hillside. “The ceremony and reception were both held at The In and Out Club, London. This was very important for us because lots of people had travelled from all over the world to be there. We wanted people to relax once they were with us, so we hired the venue exclusively. The venue is ideal for this, because there’s plenty of space and different rooms to use, which kept the guests guessing and meant we could reveal things as the day went on.” Holly and Richard

“Eastnor Castle in Ledbury is close to my parents’ home. I worked there as a waitress for seven years, too. I probably served at over 100 weddings for other people and I’d always and I’d always dreamed of getting married there but never thought I would! It was a dream come true. “We had our reception at Hengrace Hall, just outside Bury St. Edmunds. I have always dreamed of having a wedding in a princess castle, and Hengrace Hall really lived up to it.
