Come with us behind the scenes as we show you how we create our gorgeous December issue cover look…

“For our December issue, we wanted a pretty pastel look to appeal to our brides who are getting married in Spring and Summer, but also a hint of sparkle for those tying the knot in the wintry months,” says Deputy Editor Sophie.

“Sparkly accessories work well in brunette hair, so we chose a gorgeous piece from Chez Bec for our model that really stood out against her glossy locks. We continued the sparkly look elsewhere with a delicate little bracelet from Julieann Beads and sparkly Tamara heels from Rainbow Club.”

“We also wanted to bring some pretty pastel purple into this look – a popular wedding colour for every season. Sabine Darrall created our photo-worthy bouquet which was a mixture of pink and purple shades.”

“Many brides prefer to wear their hair down in the winter months, and so our model Sarah wore a Kate Middleton-esque ‘do for our cover shoot. The gorgeous Amanda Wyatt gown is actually a one-shoulder design but by wearing the hair across one shoulder like our model, you can get a very different effect – giving you two looks in one!
