The calculations by www.bidvine.com, which took into consideration the number of guests, include everything from venue hire, food, dresses, cakes, flowers and entertainment.
The valuations count only the wedding day itself alongside the cost of travel and accommodation. They do not include honeymoon costs and do not include security costs – otherwise, the estimated £24 million spent on security for Prince William’s wedding to Kate Middleton would have disproportionately affected the table!
