Inspired by their dad Andrew, creator of Carpe Diem Entertainments in the 70’s Tom Carpenter and James Carpenter had a childhood filled by music and developed the same passion for music to follow in his footsteps in the entertaining Industry. All together they have formed Carpe Diem Entertainments! Tom’s love of swing/jazz music was brought about by his grandfather who used to play in a swing band some years ago. Tom began singing at weddings, corporate events and social occasions and has gone from strength to strength ever since. In 2015 Tom appeared on The Voice with Judges loving his performance ‘You’re a great singer and a talented inspiration’ and Will. I. Am calling Tom ‘Freaking Awesome.’ Tom continues to pursue his love for performance and singing through the family business for a range of events and weddings and even does a very popular Michael buble’ tribute act!
During the week James Carpenter is the assistant producer for one of Europe’s leading programmes The Chris Evans breakfast show, with nearly 10 million listeners! James and Chris are great friends-he is always on call for big events which his clientele boasts high profile names such as Richard Branson and Top Gear Live. This year James will be DJ’ing the Monaco Grand Prix weekend aboard ‘The Snapper’ in the south of France!
