Award-winning bridal designer Charlotte Balbier has released a stunning new collection of wedding gowns inspired by her own big day! Just take a look at these romantic designs…

Charlotte Balbier’s new Iscoyd Park collection sees fashion-forward gowns that are perfect for the modern bride sitting alongside traditional wedding dresses crafted with Charlotte’s signature style. This is an intensely personal collection for Charlotte Balbier, as it is named after the idyllic Shropshire wedding venue where she and Edward Bedford celebrated their marriage in December 2013. Not only that, the collection also features two of the designer’s actual wedding gowns worn on the day – The Charlotte and Iscoyd Park.

“With the collection drawing on such personal and emotional inspiration, I was more nervous than ever launching it!” says Charlotte. “The two signature gowns, The Charlotte and Iscoyd Park, are obviously my favourites, but also a firm favourite with brides. It is so thrilling and wonderful to think brides will also share the magical experience of wearing my very own wedding gowns!”
Crafted from soft French lace and exquisitely cut, Charlotte Balbier’s gowns are inherently traditional, with a touch of modern styling to reflect the contemporary bride. Her latest collection features classically elegant, timeless gowns in array of styles, silhouettes and fabrics, as well as a soft gold, pink and ivory colour palette. We’re huge fans here at Wedding Ideas – Charlotte’s 2014 Decade of Style collection even won her the Wedding Ideas Designer of the Year award!

As well as the signature dresses, our favourite gown from the collection has to be the fabulous Abbie – this classic lace dress with its sweetheart neck and stunning lace back is perfect for brides who don’t want their dress to overwhelm them on the day. Wear this gown and your natural beauty will shine through!
