The lead singer of Welsh rock band Stereophonics married his long-term girlfriend this weekend – and we’re pretty impressed by the celebrity guest list!
Kelly Jones, 39, married his TV talent booker girlfriend Jakki Healy in Co Clare, Ireland on Saturday – the couple, who have been dating since 2008, said their vows in St Senan’s Church, Kilrush, where the bride is originally from.
The groom showed off his musical connections as the ceremony was attended by some serious rock’n’roll royalty, including Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood and The Jam’s Paul Weller. Ronnie and Kelly have been friends for over 10 years, with Kelly attending the 66-year-old’s own wedding to 34-year-old Sally Humphreys at the Dorchester in London last year.
The celebrity attendees also included fellow Welshman Rhys Ifans and his actress girlfriend Anna Friel, actor and comedian Rob Brydon, and WAG Colleen Rooney, as Kelly had played at her own wedding to footballer Wayne.
We loved Jakki’s beautiful bridal look – particularly her vintage-inspired platinum curls! A simple bouquet of pale pink roses complemented her tiered column gown perfectly, and we think the groom looked very dapper in his navy suit with matching rose buttonhole. Congratulations to the happy couple!
