PREDICTING THE ‘HITS’ FOR 2016 – which newbies are going to trend 2016 is upon us and the hen/stag market never stays still, here at Freedom we are always watching out for the next big thing. Thinking, looking, searching for new activities that we believe our customers will love and make their special celebrations that bit more interesting, maybe challenging and certainly memorable.
Lynda Hulme from Freedom Hen & stag events, makes her predictions for those that will rise in the ranks during 2016!
Flash Mob Dance
If you haven’t seen a clip of a Flash Mob Dance, drop everything now and go and google it on YouTube. This is such a great idea and crowds have been wowed in shopping centres, airports and weddings… Yes we latched onto that and had a light bulb moment, how perfect the hen/stag party is for rehearsing a dance and then planning when during the big day to show it off. All goes quiet, the opening bars of your chosen song come on, one or two people start the dance off and are slowly joined until a whole mob are dancing their socks off. What a feel good moment that would be.
Mud Warrior
Getting down and dirty is proving to be alluring. We’ve noticed more and more muddy warrior sites opening and more and more people putting themselves through this physical challenge. Well it’s certainly a lot different to pampering or quad biking AND those that have been say it’s fun… hmmmm… You can make it as easy or hard as you desire and as competitive as you feel the need for.
Escape Room
A new phenomenon that is popping up in so many of our busy cities. And we thought totally different for your stag/hen do. So push your mind to its limits as you scurry to escape a locked room before time runs out! You and your team will come face to face with brain teasers and puzzles, and will need to keep your eyes open for clues within the room.
Tag Archery
Less painful than paintball, but equally action packed, Archery tag will see you attempt to eliminate your opponents in a stag do all-out war! Let me explain what this is all about. This is the exciting new adrenalin sport, a hybrid of archery, dodgeball and paintball, where players shoot one another with tailor made foam tipped arrows. Yes you get shot, but no it doesn’t hurt.
Express Blow Dry
Yes pampering always is and always will be popular for the girls. But now we’re adding a blow dry or up do or plat to the mix. Banish bad hair days. We reckon this is good value for money and will have global appeal to hen parties!
