In 2011, one of the Forbidden exclusive cast, Lewis Codling stunned the nation in one of the best auditions the judges had seen that year. Do you remember the hot group called ‘The Keys’? Well, this is what the X Factor had to say about them…
“After a day filled with terrible auditions from terrible groups, the judges were losing faith in the category – that was until five young lads took to the stage. Aged between 23 and 25, The Keys aspire to be as successful as some of the UK’s biggest bands, including Take That. Luckily for the judges, they seem to be unlike any other group they’ve seen before and are incredibly talented. Could we have just found the winners of this year’s competition?”
Lewis – who made it through to the judges’ houses – tells us of his experience in the X Factor, and his career as a Forbidden boy…
“X Factor was an amazing journey and good fun. It was a lot of late night rehearsing but the experience was worth all of the hard work. I also got spotted by the casting director of Forbidden Nights as a result of it, which has given me so many opportunities. My highlight of being one of the Forbidden Boys was performing with the Forbidden cast at Hit Factory Live, at the O2 in front of 16,000 people!”
