A romantic wedding photoshoot in the beautiful region of Le Marche, Italy, created by photographer Roberta Facchini…
As an Italian wedding photographer, raised in the Le Marche region, Roberta loves when she has the chance to highlight this gorgeous yet undiscovered Italian region – this was exactly the inspiration behind this Italian wedding day shoot. “I wanted other people to experience and appreciate its beauty as much as I do!” she says. “For this reason I’ve decided to recreate here an elegant, organic yet romantic Italian wedding in Le Marche.”
Urbino Resort is a hidden gem located near Urbino, a Renaissance hill-town which is part of the Unesco World Heritage, and this romantic Italian shoot was completely inspired by this gorgeous venue. It features an intimate Abbazia where the bride and groom can get married and an award- winning restaurant that utilises their local gastronomic products grown on their farm. The stunning bridal gown was created by the amazing Italian designer, Marianna Lanzilli. She recommended her ‘Dafne’ wedding dress, which is lined in silk and has a simple chapel train. The ivory vintage lace frills the simple silhouette, a very low cut back gives a modern and feminine accent to the look. The gown was combined with charming heels with Swarovski elements by Mascia Mandolesi.
A husband and wife team at Mirko Mazz did the hair and make-up, making the beautiful bride look even more glamorous for this special day. The hair piece was provided by the lovely Hermione Herbutt, suggesting her ‘Vintage Vine Headdress’ which is a double sided jewelled headband with delicate branches and tendrils of small pearl flowers, Swarovski crystals and pearl clusters. For the bride and groom’s wedding portraits, Roberta wanted to create soft, timeless portraits that would fit with her romantic wedding photography style, “I wanted to highlight the authentic personalities and uniqueness of my couple while still capturing them in spontaneous moments,” she explains.
The flowers, bouquet and table arrangements were created by the phenomenal Annalisa Di Federico at ISA Events. The bride’s gorgeous compact bouquet features spiraeas, coral peonies, carnation and peach roses, viburnum, lisianthus and white dahlias. Everything is softly gathered together with an intense peach lace ribbon. The gorgeous stationery suite was created by the very talented Victoria at Design House of Moira. She carefully selected the tones of the greens, taupe and gold to match with other elements of the wedding day along with Italian-style marbled paper. All these elements created a gorgeous shoot to get you inspired for your own big day…
