Last month, Hero’s Wedding granted the wedding wishes of one lucky couple!
Last November the winners were announced as Leanne and Ross. Their story was especially touching and captivated the heart of the nation. The wedding took place on the 13th June 2013 at the gorgeous Parklands Wedding venue, Quendon in Essex. Surrounded by family and friends Leanne and Ross said their vows in the beautiful venue and enjoyed an incredible day, which no-one will ever forget.
On the day of their wedding, Leanne and Ross had a few touching words that they wanted to share. “Thank you everyone so so much for making our wedding day possible, you don’t understand how much it has meant to us,” says the couple. “Thank you so much for all the messages, well wishes and thank yous to all our lovely friends and family that were there making the day so perfect! We are completely overwhelmed and so thrilled to finally be Mr and Mrs Allan.”
Organisers Haley Oats from Haley Oats Photography, Emma Waring from Military Wedding Discounts and Steve Hooper from UK Wedding SEO joined forces to create an incredible competition to help our forces. “All three of us work in the wedding industry,” says the group. “So we wanted to do something to show our appreciation for the amazing job our Forces continue to do and for the sacrifices they make in order to protect and serve our country.
