The proposal
“John proposed to me on Christmas morning, five years ago,” remembers Corina. “A few weeks earlier, he had asked me to meet him after work and we went and picked out a ring together. I actually picked two different rings I liked and let him decide on the final one – he absolutely got it right!” she adds
The bride’s real wedding outfit
Corina looked pretty as a princess in her Hollywood Dreams fairytale gown. “As soon as I saw the dress on their website, I knew it was the one for me,” smiles Corina. “It featured a structured bodice, embellished with sparkling crystals, and an organza layered petal-style skirt. I also paid to have an extra large underskirt to give the dress more fullness and cups inserted into the bust area,” adds Corina.
The accessories
A vintage hairpiece from Hollywood Glamour and Kurt Geiger shoes were the perfect finishing touches for Corina’s big-day style. Her veil was handmade by The Bridal Gallery
“As soon as I laid eyes on my Hollywood Dreams dress I knew it was definitely the one for me”
The groom’s outfit
John’s fashion-forward suit, was bang on trend in dark grey. He and the other groomsmen hired their suits from Attire Menswear
The bridesmaids
“Their dresses were made by Sarah Alexander (0151 707 6107), a dressmaker in Liverpool. I would highly recommend a dressmaker if your bridesmaids are different heights and sizes because they can be fitted to the exact proportions of each girl,” says Corina
The ceremony
“I walked in to the the Dixie Cups’ Chapel of Love, because I wanted something uplifting and fun for myself and the guests,” says Corina
The flowers
Calla lilies are Corina’s favourite, so she wanted to use them on their day. Blissful Flowers arranged all the flowers beautifully
The cake
The three-tier cake that was iced and decorated with Swarovski crystals was designed and made by <a href=”http://www.nakedcake.co.uk” title=”Visit the Naked Cake

The favours
Corina had personalised calla lily stickers made, which she used to identify the different favours. Men had lottery tickets inside a silver envelope, while the girls were given perfume samples and a chocolate
The honeymoon
The couple went to Dreams Riviera in Mexico for 14 nights.
