We love a good celebrity wedding here at Herd HQ, and we know our real brides do too – aside from a chance to have a good old nose into the way the other half live, they’re a great source of inspiration. Here we share 7 of our favourite accessories worn by celebrity brides, and show you how to get the look – even if you don’t have an A-list budget!

Sarah veil, Visionary Veils

Anne Hathaway’s vintage veil

When the Dark Knight Rises star married her beau Adam Schulman after a one-year engagement in 2012, her bridal ensemble set a lot of tongues wagging! Anne stepped out in a stunning ombre pink dress designed by Valentino on the big day, but it was her vintage-inspired veil and headpiece that we loved the most. Her 1920s-style headband was a perfect match for her pixie crop, and her floor-length veil certainly gave her overall look a sense of drama!

We’ve found this amazing design from Visionary Veils in Ireland – the pearl headband and floral detail is the perfect combination of Art Deco and boho style. Just pair with a slinky chiffon dress for a gorgeous vintage-inspired look!

The Rochelle headband, Flo & Percy

Rochelle Wiseman’s hairband

The Saturdays singer married her JLS star fiancé Marvin Humes in 2012, and we loved her chic bridal style – her curve-hugging mermaid dress looked stunning paired with a luxurious white rose bouquet and a glittering Art Deco-inspired headband.

This icon had so many weddings, it’s hard to choose her best bridal look! We’ve always had a soft spot in our hearts for her first wedding to star Richard Burton in 1964, though – Elizabeth’s daffodil yellow chiffon dress and stunning floral headdress make for a gorgeous bohemian look. We love that the flowers extend into her long hair – there’s something very Midsummer Night’s Dream about it!

For a subtler version of the look, try this adorable rose crown headband from Rock ‘N Rose – or, if you’re set on fresh blooms in your hair, why not buy these for your bridesmaids?

Kim Kardashian’s headband

Although the marriage itself lasted only a couple of months, we’re still crazy about reality star Kim’s bridal look when she married basketball player Kris Humphries back in 2011. The beautiful bride paired her fairytale gown and all-white bouquet with some show-stopping jewels – that headband is seriously pretty!

The Art Deco look is still very popular for 2014, so you shouldn’t struggle to find a gorgeous headband like Kim’s. We personally love this crystal creation from Glitzy Secret‘s Twenties Heirloom collection.

And one for the grooms – David Lauren’s pocket watch

When the niece of an American president and the heir to a fashion empire marry, you know you’re in for a proper wedding celebration! Lauren Bush, niece of former President George W. Bush, and David Lauren, youngest son of fashion designer Ralph Lauren, married in a fairytale Western-themed wedding in 2011. We’re head over heels for this rustic vintage-inspired look – we think David looks very dapper indeed!
