Damages / Shortages
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or a damaged item please let us know and we can replace this for you.
All that we ask is
- you check all goods upon receipt and report any damages to us immediately using the contact forms on our website. Unfortunately we cannot process claims for damaged items made after 3 working days of receipt of goods.
- You do not dispose of the damaged or faulty items, until you have confirmation from us that it is ok to do. We may need to collect the damaged items from you for insurance purposes.
