Leap Year proposals - it only happens once every 4 years!
PopCap games, creators of the Bejeweled franchise recently did a survey of more than 1000 men and woman currently in relationships about Leap Year proposals and whether it was appropriate for women to propose in this day and age.
44% of British men would say 'yes' if their girlfriend proposed.
While, only 31% of women think their boyfriend would say ‘yes’.
