It seemed it was not just the cameras that Keira Knightley was smiling for at the premiere of her new movie, Seeking a Friend for the End of the World.
After a 15 month courtship, her rocker boyfriend James Righton from the London-based indie band, Klaxons, proposed. The marriage proposal back in May was the result of a full-on campaign by James’ friends, says a pal, after they worried Knightley would slip away. ‘Honestly, they’re good for each other,’ a source told US Weekly. ‘They love being engaged.’
Prior to meeting Righton, Knightley dated actor Rupert Friend for more than five years; their relationship ended back in December 2010. The couple were introduced by Alexa Chung who is a mutual friend of them both.
