We are just about over the Awards Fever of last week. What an amazing day!

Our 5th annual awards ceremony was held at Andaz in London in front of the cream of the wedding industry and our new favourite celeb, Jenni Falconer. She was an absolutely amazing presenter - and she got lots of tips for her own wedding too! Incognito gave all our guests a big surprise half way through - I would highly recommend them for ANY wedding! They had people laughing and crying at the same time!

My Christmas shopping is on hold! Our Awards have just closed and we are in a vote-counting frenzy here in the WI office.

One of my favourite companies is emerging with a lot of votes, so I am over the moon – I just hope they get enough to win! Fingers crossed that my fabulous readers have agreed with me! Even the unflappable James is a little amazed with the 7,000-plus votes we've received this year - get counting JP!

Hi ladies, and welcome to my first ever blog entry! Pretty scary as I am not very technically minded, but James is helping me get a step closer to our gorgeous readers.

Well, after just over a month of marriage, my new husband is now 4,000 miles away with the UK Armed Forces :-( At least I have my wonderful pictures from English Rose Weddings to look at while he's away!
